Casey Key is a town in Sarasota County bordered on the east by Sarasota Bay and on the west by the Gulf of Mexico. Casey Key Road is the only means for Casey Key residents to enter or exit the 8-mile-long barrier island.

The Gulf Surf – The Gulf Surf on exclusive Casey Key has been a well-kept secret since the 1950’s. The Gulf Surf sits in the center of five miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Escape to this tropical retreat and walk, swim, fish, kayak, paint, photograph, bird watch, and hunt for shark’s teeth and seashells.

The Casey Key Association – The Casey Key Association (“CKA”), is non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the residential character and environment that makes Casey Key attractive to those who live here and visit. The Board of Directors and volunteers provide an extra measure of security by engaging in off-duty Sheriff’s deputies to patrol the key at night and watch vacant residences.

North Jetty Beach Park – North Jetty Park is in a beautiful setting with the sparkling Gulf of Mexico nearby and tall pine trees that spread their shade throughout parts of the park. The park is well maintained and has wonderful amenities including picnic tables, playground areas, walk-over bridges, charcoal grills, new restrooms, and outdoor showers.
